What Is the Warranty Policy?
The warranty only covers cases turning yellowish over time (excluding the MagSafe ring) within a 1-year timeframe from the date of your order receipt.
Any product that has already been replaced under warranty is not eligible for a subsequent replacement under the same policy.
The 1-Year Warranty Program does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Improper use/mishandling of the product
- Damages caused by cleaning, disassembly, or modifications
- Damages resulting from abuse, fire and/or natural causes
- Daily wear and tear such as scratches, dents, etc..
Warranty is only applicable when you purchase from our Official Platforms.
Notes on Promotional Item
Items sent for the purpose of conducting reviews, videos, etc... is not covered in this warranty program.
Item Reshipment
Buyers are responsible for covering the shipping fee when claiming their warranty.
How to Claim Warranty?
When initiating a warranty claim with us, you are required to include at least one high-resolution photo or video that clearly displays the yellowing issue. If your complaint is found to be valid, we will proceed to provide a replacement, which will be a new product of the same model and style.
Proof of purchase must be provided/attached.

What Is the Warranty Policy?
Your charger is backed by a 1-year warranty, ensuring protection against manufacturing defects, including issues such as being unable to charge or charging improperly.
You are required to ship back to us for inspection if the charger does not function properly.
